Hello there! My name is Laura. I work as a Registered Nurse and spend my free time walking, hiking or biking with my pugs, Lizzie and Jojo. I am an advocate for holistic well-being and passionate about guiding others on their journey to discovering the benefits of yoga.I have been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008. I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and hold certifications in Meditation, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda. I specializes in relaxation and stress reduction practices.I am honored to serve my community by offering donation-based classes, workshops, and retreats that promote wellness and connection.Peace and love,
